Pisco Sour “Acholado”

The pisco is peruvian! (and delicious!). It’s one of our most popular national drinks.
Ingredients:
- 2 measures of Quebranta Pisco.
- 1 measure of Italia Pisco.
- 1 measure of fresh lime juice.
- 3/4 of measure of white sugar.
- 1/3 of egg white.
- 5-6 ice cubes.
- Angostura bitter.
Preparation:
Shake in a cocktail shaker both Piscos and sugar it’s diluted. Add the lime and the ice. Finally, add the white and shake good the cocktail shaker. Serve with a strainer (the ice and the foam mustn’t get into the glass). Add a drop of Angostura bitter.
