This delicious sauce is served as a accompaniment with a lot of different peruvian courses. For example, rice with chicken. We recommend you to know how to prepare it by heart.
Preparation:
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 fresh yellow pepper, chopped and cleaned (without seeds)
- 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice.
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped cilantro.
It’s simple: cut the onion in stripes, wash it in water (the peruvian onion has a strong smell) and mix it with the rest of ingredients.
