Mango Sour (Pisco sour of mango)

A few weeks ago, we learned the pisco sour recipe. That had the lime juice as a principal ingredient; today, we’ll make a delicious change: ladies and gentlemen, the mango sour for 4 people.

(Note: this drink is not only tasty, but healthy too. The mango is low calorie; it contains antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin B5, and helps to metabolism of carbohydrates).

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz of pisco
  • 4 oz of cane syrup
  • 4 oz of mango pulp, blend without water nor sugar
  • 2 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1 egg white

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients for 20 seconds. Add 5 ice cubes and blend another 30 seconds (easy!!!). Serve.
