Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg (3 lb 5 oz) of cooked and peeled yellow potatoes
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 or 4 limes
- Salt
- White pepper
- Yellow chili/pepper, ground, to one’s taste
- 500 g (1 lb) of crab pulp
- 4-5 Nori algas

Mash the yellow potatoes. Let it cool down and knead. Add the salt, pepper, lime juice, yellow chili/pepper and oil to one’s taste. You have the Causa‘s dough!
In a table, put a wax paper and cover it with the dough (you can roll it out, very gently) to the same size of a Nori alga. Cover the dough with a Nori.
Mix the crab’s pulp with lime juice, english sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Cover the Nori with the pulp. Put one strip of avocado to 2 cm (almost 1 inch) in the nearest edege to you.
Taking the edges of the wax paper, roll it slowly and gently, but firmly. Wrap the entire roll with wax paper and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Before serving, take out the paper (it doesn’t taste good!) with an electric knife or a sharp knife. Then… serve, and enjoy!
Note: You can find the Nori algas in any oriental food store.
