- 1 kg (2.2 lb) of yellow potatoes

- 2 limes juice (more or less, 1/4 cup)
- Lettuce leaves
- Corn kernels, cooked
- Fresh cheese pieces
- Hard-boiled eggs in slices
- 4 black olives without seeds
- Onion sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
Put the potatoes in a pot and pour water with salt until they got covered. Cook until they get ready; take out from the pot and, still hots, peel and press them. You’ll get a puree. Let it cool down and knead; season with salt, pepper, lime juice and vegetable oil, to one’s taste.
Take portions from the dough and cover with onion sauce. Decorate with a hard-boiled egg slice, a lettuce leaf, a olive, kernels and some pieces of fresh cheese.
