Margarita de Pisco (Pisco Margarita)
Mar 25th, 2008 by Diego

There’s no need a lot of introduction about this; you know the Margarita: is a very common cocktail. But this time, we’ll prepare it in a different way: with Pisco, the peruvian national drink. It’s tasty, fast and an excellent drink if you want to celebrate some special night with a special friend, or in a hot summer night near the pool. Cheers!
Ingredients:
- 3 measures of pisco
- 2 measures of Cointreau
- 1 measure (or less) of lime juice
- Ice cubes
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Beat in a cocktail shaker (or in a blender) the pisco, ice cubes, Cointreau and lime juice.
For serving, moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice and pass it with salt.
Serve (and enjoy the night).
Note: If you don’t have Cointreau, you can replace it with the same measure of orange juice.
