Salsa de perejil (Parsley sauce)
Apr 2nd, 2008 by Diego

The parsley is an aromatic herb farmed 300 years ago, and it’s a very popular seasoning in the peruvian cuisine. As you have seen, we use it chopped, entire or in this sauce, which can be served with potatoes, beef or fish.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 4 fresh yellow chilis/peppers, cleaned and without seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
Blend the parsley with the olive oil and the yellow peppers.
Add salt. You must get a cream.
