Coctel de Piña (Pineapple cocktail)

You can prepare a lot of drinks using our Pisco and you’ll ever get a delicious liquor. We’ve already seen a strawberry cocktail, a pisco margarita and even a mango sour, another version of our popular pisco sour. This recipe is for 6 people. Come on, it’s not complicated.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg (1 lb) of pineapple, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup of pisco
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 oz of lime juice
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

Blend the pineapple with the sugar and the pisco.

Add the lime juice and the ice, and blend until the ice is ground.

Serve in glasses, with a pineapple slice in the rim.
