Sometimes the good things aren’t immediate and take their time. This is the case of the sour cherry liquor: we have to let the nature make its job, waiting for a month to get an excellent drink. You’ll only need a good pisco, ground cloves, powdered cinnamon, sour cherries (of course) and… patience.
