This is a liquor with an odd name, but to try it is to love it. It’s similar to the delicious Algarrobina Cocktail; it also contains milk and egg, but pisco, port wine and cognac too. The result is amazing, but take care: the second glass can be dangerous. With the third… you’ll be dancing “I love rock ‘n roll” on your table.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 glass of pisco
• 1/2 glass of port wine
• 1/4 glass of cognac
• 1/5 glass of cacao cream
• 1 cup of evaporated milk
• 1 egg yolk
• Powdered cinnamon
• Sugar, to one’s taste
• Ice

Preparation:

Take all except the cinnamon and blend it. Serve, sprinkle the cinnamon and turn the volume up…
