Coctel de maracuyá con pisco (Passion fruit and pisco cocktail)

There isn’t a lot of things better than a good drink, specially if it’s healthy too. A good cokctail prepared with fresh fruit and a good pisco can make a meeting -or a date- a very special one, so what are you waiting for? it’s easy, fast and tasty. Get 2 couples more and spend a great night with this recipe for 6 people ;)

Ingredients:

  • 6 passion fruits
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of pisco
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

Cut the passion fruits in halves. Extract the pulp and blend it. Attention: Turn on and off the blender fastly, 2 or 3 times, to separate the seeds to the pulp.

Strain. Add water (the same quantity than the juice, more or less), sugar and pisco. Mix until the sugar get dissolved.

Serve adding ice cubes to one’s taste.
