Perricholi
Aug 15th, 2008 by Diego

This drink has as name the nickname of MarÃa Micaela Villegas Hurtado, the mistress of the Peruvian Viceroy Manuel de Amat y Juniet in the 18th century. You’ll need the peruvian soda Inca Kola, also known as Golden Kola; the vodka and the ice creams will make the rest. The quantities listed here are for one person; so, look for someone special and multiply it by two.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Inca Kola/Golden Kola
- 1/4 cup of vodka
- 1 vanilla ice cream portion
- 1 lucuma/lucmo ice cream portion
- 1 or 2 cherries
- Angostura bitter
Preparation:
Use a wide glass. Pour the vodka and the Kola. Mix.
Put the two ice cream portions and decorate with the cherries. Pour some drops of Angostura bitter.
Drink it using a straw… and enjoy.
