Aug 11th, 2008 by Diego

The italian spaguettis are a main part of the peruvian cuisine. This recipes is a mix between the lomo saltado and the spaguettis, and the result is so good that it is one of the peruvian people’s favourite foods. You can find the tallarin saltado in a lot of peruvian restaurants, but while we wait for your visit, here you have the (easy) recipe. Enjoy it!
Ingredients:
- 500 g (1 lb) of spaguettis
- 250 g (1/2 lb) of beef, cut in small pieces
- 2 to 3 tomatoes, cut in pieces
- 2 onions, cut in pieces
- Vegetable oil
- Soy sauce, to one’s taste
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
Cook the spaguettis and keep back.
Fry the beef and season it with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Keep back.
Pour a little more of oil in the frying pan and fry the onion. When it gets cleared, add the tomatoes. Fry all.
Add the beef and sauté. Add all this mix to the spaguettis. If you wish, you can add a little more of soy sauce, but verify the salt level. That’s all!
