You don’t need to call to any fast food restaurant if you want a good sandwich. In fact, if you want a delicious AND healthy sandwich, you can have it in five minutes with this recipe. There’s no need to say a lot about olives (you must have heard about olive oil, mustn’t you? well…) – mix them with raisins and peacans and you’ll have a great sandwich for an afternoon with your family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chopped olives
  • 1/3 cup of white raisins
  • 1/3 cup of chopped peacans
  • 2 yellow chili/peppers, finely chopped
  • Mayonnaise, to one’s taste
  • Bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and season.

Spread this mix on one slice of bread generously. Cover with another slice and press slightly. If you’re not going to serve immediately, cover with something damp to avoid drying up. That’s all!
