This is an old, tasty and refreshing pisco-based liquor. It’s better if you drink it next to a meal. The sol y sombra is very fast to prepare, so you can give a little surprise to your friends. Take your peruvian pisco, morello cherry cream, ginger ale and limes, and make magic.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Pisco
- 1/2 oz of morello cherry cream
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 4 ice cubes
- Ginger ale, to one’s taste
Preparation:
Take a glass and pour the ice cubes, pisco, morello cream and lime juice. Fill it with ginger ale and decorate with a lime slice. ¡Listo!
