Sep 16th, 2008 by Diego

If we mix the italian and peruvian cuisine, we can only get wonderful dishes. This is a great example: a simple dish of spaguetti with butter can turn in a delicious and exotic dish if a little of yellow chili/pepper sauce is added. Fast and tasty. Can we ask more? this recipe is for 8 people.
Ingredients:
- 2 big onions, finely chopped
- 12 yellow chili/peppers, cleaned, without seeds and blended with a little of vegetable oil
- Salt
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) of spaguetti al dente
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 tablespoon of ground garlics
- 2 cups of evaporated milk
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the onions, the garlics and cook on a medium flame.
Season. Add the blended yellow chili/peppers and the milk. Cook on a low flame until it starts to get thick. Remove from the flame and mix with the spaguetti.
Serve and sprinkle the parmesan.
